Our Services

✈️ Light Sport Pilot Training

Who It's For:
If you’ve always dreamed of flying but thought it was too expensive, too complicated, or required the reflexes of a teenage video gamer—Light Sport might just be your ticket. This certificate is perfect for recreational pilots, retirees chasing the dream, or anyone who wants to keep it simple and stay VFR. No medical certificate required—just a valid driver’s license and the right attitude.

What to Expect:
Training is straightforward and fun, with less red tape and fewer hours than a Private Pilot certificate. You’ll train in a sleek, two-seat light sport aircraft and focus on:

  • Basic flight maneuvers

  • Takeoffs and landings (yes, you'll eventually nail the greaser)

  • Airspace awareness

  • Weather fundamentals

  • Radio communication and decision-making

Most students finish in 20–30 flight hours, depending on how often you fly and how many questions you ask about every switch in the cockpit (ask away, I don’t mind).

Jeremy’s Tip:
Light Sport is real flying, and it can be a blast. But don’t let the “light” part fool you—treat this training seriously, and you’ll walk away with solid stick-and-rudder skills and the confidence to call yourself a pilot. Oh, and don’t be surprised if this certificate just whets your appetite for more. (Private Pilot, anyone?)

🛩️ Private Pilot Training

Who It's For:
This is the classic path—the full meal deal. If you're looking to become a licensed pilot with the ability to carry passengers, fly cross-country, and lay claim to the title of “Pilot in Command,” this is for you. Whether you're chasing a career or just want to take your friends to Santa Fe for a green chile cheeseburger, this certificate is your launchpad.

What to Expect:
You'll learn everything from aerodynamics and weather to airspace and emergency procedures. Training includes:

  • Maneuvers and performance

  • Cross-country navigation

  • Night flying

  • ATC communications

  • Prepping for the written, oral, and practical exams

Expect a minimum of 40 hours, but most students graduate closer to 60–70 hours. You’ll get one-on-one instruction tailored to your learning style and schedule.

Jeremy’s Tip:
Everyone hits a wall during training. That’s normal. Keep showing up, keep asking questions, and remember: every great pilot was once a student who had to learn to land without bouncing. You got this.

Flight Reviews

Who It's For:
Got your certificate but haven’t flown in a while? Time to knock the rust off with a Flight Review (formerly known as the BFR). Required every 24 calendar months to stay current—but think of it as your flying tune-up.

What to Expect:
A review consists of:

  • 1 hour of ground: regulations, airspace, decision-making, and any changes since your last review

  • 1 hour of flight: maneuvers, procedures, and whatever you'd like to work on (we can spend extra time on crosswinds or landings if you’ve been humbled by a gusty runway)

Reviews are relaxed, informal, and entirely judgment-free.

Jeremy’s Tip:
This isn’t a test—it’s a chance to sharpen your skills and boost your confidence. My goal is to get you back in the air with a smile on your face and fewer butterflies in your stomach.

Ground School

Who It's For:
New students, returning pilots, or anyone who wants to actually understand what the heck is going on in the cockpit. Perfect for:

  • Sport & Private Pilot candidates

  • Rusty pilots brushing up

  • Anyone prepping for a written test or oral exam

What to Expect:
We cover the good stuff:

  • Weather and aerodynamics

  • Airspace and charts

  • Systems and procedures

  • Navigation and regs

Sessions are flexible, and I promise we won’t just read from a textbook. You'll get stories, analogies, and maybe a few jokes you’ll politely laugh at.

Jeremy’s Tip:
"Understanding what’s happening before the prop starts spinning makes you a safer, more confident pilot. Trust me—learning this on the ground is cheaper and way less stressful than trying to absorb it at 3,000 feet."
